Your Campus
We plan to build more campus chapters where we have a large concentration of student members and support from university administration.
Please note: Our current chapters are in the greater Philadelphia area.
We plan to expand to other cities in the future. Let us know if you are interested.

The Process:

Sign up to join Collective Success here using the form above

Rally at least 50 students at your college to sign up to be part of the campus chapter

Organize a team of student leaders and look into how to start a student organization dedicated to first-generation college students, if one doesn’t yet exist.

Enlist a faculty or administrative sponsor to serve as a champion for the chapter.

Connect with your college career services, student affairs team, and/or with alumni to raise a minimum of $5,000 to support the chapter (about $100/student member). Half the funds will go to running campus-based programs managed by the chapter and the other half will go towards the costs of Intercollegiate Programming to serve students in your chapter.
Bring Collective Success to Your Region
We recognize that the demand for Collective Success’ programs extends well beyond Philadelphia. Therefore we are building a hub-and-spokes model that has the potential to be replicated across the country.
The “hub” is the team of professional leaders in a metropolitan region that oversees intercollegiate programming and the “spokes” are the campus chapters who help operationalize programming at their respective college or university.
Here is what it takes to build a new hub:

Rally a minimum of 10 committed professional volunteers to form a Professional Steering Committee that oversees the operations and implements programs.

Collaborate with student leaders at a minimum of two different colleges in your area to form campus chapters.

The leaders of each chapter become the Intercollegiate Student Steering Committee.

Build a board of advisors by rallying passionate executive promoters to gather together to support the hub.

Raise $30,000 to fund programming costs each year.
